With food: refreshing aperitif, excellent with meat (marinated beef carpaccio, T-bone), fish dishes (marinated salmon fillet on fresh young lettuce with Mediterranean salt and herbs) and pasta (home- made fresh pasta spiced with fresh Adriatic scampi)

Serving temperature: 5 – 7 ̊C

Aging potential: best in the year in which it is placed on the market, but in a dark space, it ages up to 3 years
